Sponsor Booth Guide

Everything you need to design and prep your booth materials for AWS Community Day South Florida — dimensions, placement, and a few tips to make sure your branding looks great on the day.

Every Booth Includes

Both Gold and Silver booths are provided with a table and two chairs. If you're bringing a custom tablecloth, here's what fits:

Table:6 ft / 72″ long × 29–30″ high (183 cm × 74–76 cm)
Tablecloth:a 6-ft “throw” style covers all 4 sides of the table. 8-ft tablecloths also fit if that's what you have.
Design tip: keep your logo and text concentrated toward the center of any graphic — panels wrap around table corners and backdrop edges, and text too close to the edge gets distorted.

Gold Sponsor Booth

Gold booths get a full backdrop and a premium, high-visibility location.

Backdrop: 8 ft wide × 8 ft high (244 × 244 cm) pop-up backdrop. Backdrops up to 10 ft wide also work well if your spacing allows — keep about 1 ft of margin on each side.
Placement: Gold booths are positioned in a premium, high-traffic hallway location, marked with dedicated signage.
Includes: backdrop stand, table, and 2 chairs.

Silver Sponsor Booth

Silver booths get a vertical banner stand and a spot along the sponsor row.

Banner:single vertical retractable banner, 33″ wide × 81″ high (approx. 2.75 ft × 6.75 ft / 84 × 206 cm).
Placement:Silver booths line up together along a shared wall — leave clean spacing on either side of your banner so it doesn't crowd your neighbor's.
Includes: banner stand, table, and 2 chairs.
