Registration Questions
- What does a ticket cost?
Ticket prices step up as the event gets closer, so registering early is cheaper:
- $25Through September 15, 2026Early bird
- $40September 16 – October 7, 2026Regular
- $50October 8, 2026 onwardLate / at the door
This is a non-profit, community-run event — ticket revenue goes directly toward venue, AV, and catering, not profit.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. We commit to venue, AV, and catering spend based on ticket sales, so please only register once you're confident you can attend.
- Are student tickets available?
- Yes — student tickets are free. You must register using your school-issued .edu email address and submit a valid Student ID when you register. Student IDs are verified at check-in on event day: if the ID does not match your registration, is not valid, or you did not register with a .edu email address, your ticket will be cancelled and entry refused.
- Do I need to print my ticket?
- No. Your ticket is available online and can be added to Apple Wallet — just show it on your phone at check-in.
